First video of Chicago West! Kim and Kanye’s baby girl is pure perfection
After much excitement about little Chicago’s birth and name, Kim and Kanye have shared their cute third baby – in Kylie Jenner’s birth announcement video!

If you’re still catching up, Kylie Jenner had her baby last week and spilled the beans – via a gorgeous video and a couple of Instagram updates – Monday morning. This is Kylie’s very first child, with partner Travis Scott.
Tiny Chicago West was one of a cast of thousands appearing in Kylie’s clip, giving Kardashian fans some serious baby bang for their buck – and a surprise first look at Kim and Kanye’s new little girl.
Meet Chicago!
In the clip – called To Our Daughter – Kim sits beside Kylie as she holds newborn, Chicago West. (Scroll to the 8.25 timestamp to watch this very important bit!) Chicago appears to be a pretty gorgeous combo of her famous mum and dad.
“She’s so little,” Kylie says. Kylie’s buddy Jordyn Woods then asks Kim about her baby’s name.
“I think we’re gonna go with Chicago,” Kim says.
“I love Chicago,” a very pregnant Kylie confirms.
Later Kim offers to school Kylie on “what your vagina’s about to feel like” postpartum.
Worth the wait
Keeping Up With The Kardashians fans have been hitting “refresh” on Kim’s Instagram for what seems like weeks now, waiting to catch a glimpse of this bub, so the surprise tandem reveal via Kylie is sure to delight!
Definitely worth the wait, baby Chi is cute as a button and her online debut is verified as TOTALLY ADORABLE. (There’s also a glimpse of Kylie’s newborn at the end, after some blacked-out audio of the the birth – below)
“Incredibly grateful”
Kim and Kanye welcomed daughter Chi – pronounced “Shy” back on January 15, a sibling for four-year-old North and two-year-old son, Saint. She was born at 12.47am and weighed in at 7lbs 6oz (around 3.35kg).
“Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl,” Kim wrote, announcing the birth on her blog. “We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care. North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister.”
“Go West? Key West?”
Fans instantly began bombarding Kim with suggestions for baby number 3’s name, and then melted down when her unusual moniker – Chicago, named for the city where Kanye spent much of his childhood – was eventually revealed.
There are now whispers that Kim and Kanye are preparing to conceive another baby with the same gestational carrier who was pregnant with Chicago.
