Adelaide – it’s time to get your Lego on.
It’s been to Melbourne and Sydney, and now The Art of the Brick is headed to the city of churches, from 9 April to 11 June 2012 (excluding ANZAC Day). It’s a chance for South Australians to view the world-first exhibition that’s leaving people agog at incredible three dimensional sculptures and oversized portraits made from Lego.
The Art of the Brick will be held at the Adelaide Showgrounds, Goyder Pavilion, from 10am to 5pm, and presale tickets will be available from Ticketmaster from 2 April:
Adult General Admission $15
Child General Admission $10
Concession $12.50
Family (two adults, two children) $45
Play & Build – 45 minute ‘play & build’ session additional $10 per participating person. You must pre-book for Play & Build.
After the school holidays from 23 April to 11 June, groups of ten or more attending the exhibition on a weekday will pay an entry fee of $5 per person, regardless of age.
And if you’re wondering just how awesome the exhibition is, check out our first-hand account of The Art of the Brick in Sydney.
