Happy Birthday Luna! Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are birthday party bosses
Okay. John Legend and Chrissy Teigen can totally give up their actual careers in favour of building a kids’ birthday party BOSS empire!
Happy Birthday Luna!
Chrissy and John threw Luna a birthday party on the weekend, and the fact that it was sponsored by Pampers meant that the couple went all out for the tw0-year-old’s big day.
Sesame Street was the party theme (and we all know how much Luna loves Sesame Street!) and John and Chrissy managed to make their celebration spectacular without it being too glossy and OTT.
Luna’s currently a big sister in waiting, with her mum and dad expecting baby number two – a little boy – in June.

Making the cake …
The whole family joined in on making Luna’s birthday cake and from humble beginnings it turned into something super spectacular and very Sesame Street-ish!
Cookie cutters and some fondant icing were transformed into Big Bird’s feathers, and before you knew it, a three tiered Elmo, Cookie Monster and Big Bird cake emerged.
A delighted Luna very wisely held onto her daddy’s ears as she supervised the cake decorating.
“Thank you @duffscakemix and @tianasakona for helping us make this amazing cake for Luna!,” Chrissy posted alongside a photo of the cake, admitting “Ok so you did most the work but those eyes and half of cookie’s fur is all John and I!”
Party perfection!
Incredible larger-than-life balloon sculptures could be glimpsed in the garden, again in the form of Luna’s favourite Sesame Street buddies.
We got a tiny peek at the table settings, with every little party guest honoured on “Luna Street”.
The two-year-old wore an adorable frock and bloomer set, with matching pompom headband. Guests included kiddo friends as well as Kim Kardashian and children, and Luna’s grandma Pepper.
