bedSOK 2 Prizeapalooza day 24 BedSOK

We’ve got day twenty-four of Babyology’s Prizeapalooza all zipped up!

BedSOK is giving away a nifty ‘sleeping bag for your bed’ to one lucky Babyology reader. The BedSOK is valued at $99.90 (including delivery).

Snuggle down under the covers with no fear of losing them during the night, thanks to the ingenious BedSOK. BedSOK is much like a sleeping bag for your child’s bed – zip up the sides of their all-in-one sheet and sleep easy knowing that they’ll be as snug as a bug in a rug. Or should that be sok?!

Each BedSOK set includes a fitted sheet, a top sheet (for zipping), a matching pillowcase and a drawstring bag. The winner has a choice of either Navy Stripe or Pink Stripe, both of which are available in cot, single or king-single sizes.

To enter, leave a comment below with your full name in the Post a Comment section, telling us why your child needs to be tucked in at night with BedSOK (and don’t forget to mention your preference for either navy or pink!). You have seven days and entries close, 30 August, 2013.

Have seen this kind of this advertised around on other countries website but haven’t been able to find it in Australia. My daughter (21 months) is still in a all in one sleep bag and the cot and I am looking at moving her to a big girls bed in the next couple months. I think this would be a great product to help her transition from one to the other.

  12. Just what the doctor ordered! Every night I go in to check on my daughter to discover without fail that she’s pulled off her socks, unbuttoned her top, pants down & whatever she can manage to dislodge has landed on the floor, blankets & all! The pink stripe would be sure to keep her rugged up!

  14. I’d love the pink stripe Bedsox for my darling granddaughter who sneaks into my bed when I stay overnight each week. She’s a doona hog & it’s not big enough for both of us!!! With a Bedsox she could sneak in with her own bedding & leave Nonna’s doona for Nonna. Lol

Result – no bedclothes stay put & he then complains loud & long. His very tired Mum would really, really appreciate a fabulous Bedsox for him!!!

  27. Regardless of winning this or not I’m definitely going to try these. Our twin boys just turned one and rather than buy more sleeping bags I’m going to hand down our 2 year old sons bags to them and try him in one of these (navy) If they’re a winner ill be back for many more :)

  29. There was a little boy named Colby who was almost ready to move from his cot into a “Big Bed”. He was excited, He was eager, Yet every time mummy tried…

Thump…shed hear in the middle of the night! Colby kept rolling out!

He didn’t need a safety rail, he needed to be tucked in so tight. Then he was always right. But Mummy couldn’t work out how to keep he tucked in for the night.

Then she spied the BedSok! What a great invention. If Colby had a blue one it might be the solution!

  30. A a child I loved when made my bed so tight I had to wriggle in & felt so snug all night-I unfortunately don’t have the patience to make the bed so precisely so the pink bedsok would be ideal for Tracey Jenkins to snug her bub in right at night

  32. I’ve actually been thinking about getting a BedSOK in the last few weeks as my little boy’s inner Houdini has started to shine. Wriggling out of his sleeping bag, trying to climb out of his cot, and of course the blankets are anywhere but on top of him. A navy BedSOK would really help his transition to a big boy’s bed.

She would love to do the zip up which was her favourite part while she was still using the sleeping bag. Please Babyology and BedSOK bring back those days of no fuzz sleep nights to us in adorable pink! :)

  43. A clunky bed rail on my daughters bed – used to keep her doona in place – makes it really tricky to climb in beside her for a cuddle and story each night (many bruised shins from clambering over the end of the bed!). Would love to get a BedSOK so I ditch the bed rail, can be sure the covers will stay on and can easily have my goodnight snuggles :) We would like navy so she can hand it down to her little brother in a couple of years!

  54. Our little miss may become a kung fu champion. Her chubby Bruce Lee legs are always kicking. Unfortunately the only opponents she is flooring are her blankets and our sanity, as we are up all night restarting the battle by repeatedly tucking her in. A beautiful pink BedSOK would sooth our tiny warrior into blissful slumber.

  55. Navy stripe for my lil man please – what a great idea for the bigger babies in our lives ;)

    Posted .
  56. This is just what we need! We’re about to transition our toddler into a big boy bed and are forever struggling to keep blankets on him at night. He also shares a room with his 3mth old baby brother so the more warm & secure his bed is the less likely he’ll be waking up and jumping out. The secured blanket is one less thing he could potentially throw into his baby brother’s cot – a constant concern for us!

  57. Navy for my little as he always kicks the blankets off!

    Posted .
  60. My little wrigglers loves her big pink single bed, however if she isn’t at the bottom and not across the pillow tops, she’s all tangled up in her sheet and doona. BedSok would put an end to her night time antics and ensure a more safe and restful night sleep.

  63. We are just about to move from toasty Darwin to freezing rural Victoria, and my little lady hates sleeping between the sheets. On ‘cold’ nights (18C) she uses Mama, Dadda and sometimes even the dog as hot water bottles, and I fear she will be a little icicle when we go down south. The BedSOK would be perfect to trap her little toes snugly between the sheets and keep her warm when even the max temp is below 18!

  64. My youngest needs a navy set desperately….he loves being tucked in at night as tight as a little bug but half way through the night it looks like a tornado has been through with sheets and blanket everywhere this would solve the problem entirely.

  65. Our little man comes up with the best excuses to get us into his room once he’s been put to bed for the night. His favourite is ‘can you pull my sheet up as its fallen down’, with his help! The blue looks great and it’d also get rid of one of his many excuses to get us into his room at night.

  66. I’m too SCARED to move my 2.5 year old monkey into a single bed as he screams out most nights but quickly goes back to sleep….I’ve got him in a sleeping bag which he HATES and fights me on every night but he can’t climb out so goes quickly back to sleep !!! If I had this cool striped BedSOC it will help him stay in BED when he wakes and all I have to worry about is my 2nd monkey who is 1 week old !!!

  67. My Grandson is only a month old but he will be into a bed before we know it and this would be a very useful and comforting thing to have after the snugness of being in a cot. Blue please.

    Posted .
  68. The Navy Blue King Single Sox would be ideal for use for a little one who sometimes as sleepovers at my place. He is in a cot at the moment – but not for much longer. He moves about day or night, across or to the other end of the cot and gets uncovered with the exception of his sleeping bag, not good in cold frosty weather. I check and cover him up with another blanket a couple of times a night at the moment
He is likely to fall out of bed without one of these. He is going to be very tall like his Dad so at some stage will have to have a King Size Single Bed.

    Posted .
  69. The pink one woulld be a perfect fit for my daughter who is at the stage they don’t make onesies with feet, she take off her socks at night and kicks off the covers. Her poor little feet are icicles in the morning.

I am pregnant and it just make it so hard for me every night. If we can have the magnificent bedSOK pink stripe that would be so helpful and my little girl would love it on her new bed. Just a note to add that this is very unique, we can’t really find it so easily, your products are so very beautiful.

    ‘What’s wrong darling?’ I ask.
‘Feet cold’ he says, having kicked off his blankets and pulled off his socks for the 4th time this week.
Mummy would like a decent night sleep, and I think the bedSOK would help with this almost nightly occurrence.

Ever since this transition our household is yet to get sleep because she keeps kicking her blankets off & waking up cold! I’m seriously considering putting her back in her cot..or taking up permanent residency on her bedroom floor! :) Please give this tired mummy and cold toddler some sleep!!

  102. What a great idea. As a mum I briefly wake in the night and can’t help but look at the video monitor. I see my little girl curled up in a ball with the covers pushed off and oh that guilty thought that crosses my mind wishing I hadn’t really noticed, as i don’t want to venture out of my warm and cosy bed into the chilly air to cover her up again. Of course I always do, then lie wide awake for an hour thinking of all the things I need to do the next day!

So please a pretty pink set would certainly help me sleep better at night, oh and keep my daughter as snug as a bug.

We need her to realise sleep is a lovely place and her bed could be no more enticing than in a snuggle BedSOK. We are also very crammed with three in the bed when she wanders in during the night.
