Wall graphics. I think we’ve all been bombarded with them in the last year, ranging from cutesy to quirky to thoroughly modern. I for one am an avid admirer of most wall decals but I will also admit to feeling like the market has been over-saturated and quality has been compromised.
In saying this, I was pleasantly surprised upon viewing the brand new Love Mae wall stickers. They offer intriguing elements that have been absent from anything else I’ve seen. You see, Love Mae wall stickers are different because they are made of fabric. Vintage inspired fabric to be exact. The fabric designs remind me of retro wallpaper that has been effortlessly formed into colourful vintage cars, flowery deer and dainty doily mushrooms. I especially adore the ‘Dress Up Dolls’ which look like paper dolls except they’re for the wall. They allow kiddies to dress two dolls with hip, modern clothing, glasses, sunglasses, hair, shoes and accessories. When they tire of one outfit, they can pick a new one. How fab is that!
Where the incredibly clever and kid-friendly aspect comes in is how unbelievably resilient these stickers are: they are removable, reusable and can be twisted into a ball and will easily come back to life ready to be reapplied to the wall. So if any little hands decide to have a bit too much fun with them, they aren’t bound for the bin. They are also washable (wow!) and will never damage your walls. I don’t think you could answer a parent’s wishlist for wall graphics better than that.
