Great stationery has always been an obsession of mine so I'm often browsing sites far and wide for something a little different. People are so generous when it comes to babies and children, and we send out many thank you cards a year to show people our appreciation for their gifts. Pinecone + Chickadee make cards and journals, as well as apparel for men, women, babies and children - all screenprinted by hand.

Their cards are so sweet - adorned with owls, chicks, baby elephants and pretty trees. I notice there's even a great family card featuring an adult bird with three baby chicks - great for those three-children families who are rarely catered for in a predominantly two chick world. There's a small selection of journals and notebooks which are a great gift to include with the cards. My favourite is the wintery trees journal.

Pinecone + Chickadee came about as a result of a seachange made by Amy and Noah with their small son Darby. Seeking peace after a life in busy New York, they set up a screenprinting room in their new home in Maine, and so the cuteness began!
