The world we live in may be struggling with the need for sustainable resources, but this representation of it is entirely sustainable!

Designed by Dane Kristoffer Zeuthen for Kilo Zulu, this gorgeous globe is made almost entirely from bamboo. The designer hopes his eco-friendly offering will highlight environmental concerns and raise awareness of the issues facing our planet.

It looks amazing, doesn’t it? Not only does the bamboo itself make the globe at home in any modern room, but even the typeface used is strikingly clean and fresh. And the kicker? It has a lightbulb inside so the 25cm diameter globe really can depict a brighter world! It’s yet to be released, but Fabio Luciani has all the details if you want to keep an eye on it.
