Australia’s designing mumtrepreneurs and their unique handcrafted baby and kid’s wares will be showcased at Mathilda’s Market around the country in March 2009. If you have never heard of Mathilda’s Market, you are in for a treat!
But this is no sharing of cross-stitch patterns and tips for DIY timber toys and dress making. Mathilda’s Market is serious business for the state’s most talented designers and artists – and the fussy families who will come to snap up their unique designs and products. Handmade and limited production goods will be on display for sale, from clothing, accessories, homewares and toys.
Mathilda’s Market caters for parents who appreciate their children looking unique and stylish, and who are looking for an affordable alternative to buying mass produced products at shopping centres.
