Cover that blank wall with an Urbio vertical garden

Would you like to have a place for the kids to grow things, but you just don’t have the room? We may have found the solution, and it looks fabulous.

It’s the brand new Urbio vertical garden, and it has been designed especially for people who don’t have room (or inclination) for a quarter acre block. Urbio began as a Kickstarter project to create a vertical indoor garden system, but really, it looks just as good holding anything you need it to.

The Urbio system consists of base plates (which attach to the wall) and magnetic holders in various shapes and sizes which stick to the base plates and in fact, to anything metal. There’s virtually no end to what you can store or display in this system. The magnetic containers come in four different sizes and are simple to remove and swap around.

You can buy online from Urbio individually or as a starter package of six wall plates and five containers for US$175. To get a feel for more of the design possibilities, have a look at the original Kickstarter promo video below.
