Cake Occasions has just released a new schedule of cake making classes for the coming Spring, so here’s your chance to skill up for the plethora of birthdays that seem to crop up around this time of year. It’s fortunate for us that this is a company intent on creating a whole new generation of cake decorating enthusiasts!
There are four classes to choose from – Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Sugar Craft Techniques which features quilting and piping, as well as working with sugar paste flowers.
