Fragile maternity winter 2009

Is it just me or is dressing for pregnancy easier during the summer months? Empire-line tops and strapless maxi dresses make things a little simpler, but things get decidedly more complicated come the cooler months.

Fortunately, Fragile’s new winter range of maternity clothing has hit the stores and, as is often the case with founder and designer Chris Degotardi’s designs, the range is filled with stylish and classic pieces that will really pack a punch in your maternity wardrobe.

Particularly difficult to find is a perfect winter coat your don’t have to pull together with a trench belt, so I’m loving the Marnie, a wool tweed coat, $425. Team it with a dress, jeans or pants, and you’ve got one sexy outfit.

Made in Australia, Fragile pieces are designed around comfort and made from natural fibres and organic cottons with natural dyes whenever possible.
