You don’t need to be a nutritionist to know that eating sensibly and well makes a huge difference to how our bodies function and how we feel day-to-day.
As mothers, we are constantly hearing about the importance of good diet and lifestyle habits when attempting to conceive, while pregnant or while trying to shift those stubborn post-pregnancy kilos. Add tiredness, nausea, sore muscles or the demands of a newborn to an already busy life and motivation can fly quickly out the window.
So maybe you DO need a nutritionist to help you get back on track or discover the right path to begin with! Now you can get a plan specifically tailored to you and your needs from the comfort of your own home and, most importantly, at times that are convenient for you.
Broody Foodie is a new natural therapies consultancy run by nutritionist Sophie Halls Anning, with a special interest in pre-conception, pregnancy and post-pregnancy health and nutrition. Sophie offers consultations via Skype and email and will structure a three-month program not only to suit those attempting to conceive but also for each trimester of pregnancy and for the period following the birth of a new baby.
These standard length programs are $385 and can all be purchased online at Broody Foodie. If a new baby is not in the works, you can still take advantage of the Foundation Package ($148.50) to identify areas of your diet, lifestyle and environment which can use a boost.
Why not check out what they have to offer and take charge of your health and wellbeing?
