The recliner chair would suit my nearly 2yr old daughter as she loves flipping through her books and I can imagine this being a cosy seat for her to read her books as she grows!
Also the retro kitchen as she has just started to enjoy helping me to bake and mix…she would love her own kitchen =)
The Hip Kids Activity Table would really suit my boys. They could use it as a platform for their train set and then store the trains underneath when they are not playing. It would also make a great table for play doh and painting and the reversible chalk board would also be very useful. It would really suit their style and look fantastic in their playroom.
This is so cute. We are just starting to think about our baby’s big boy room and i think this would be the perfect start. So for other furniture to suit…everything, but im hoping find some cool wall cubes for shelves.

Ok, so it’s not really furniture but my little girl would kill me if I said anything other than the large White Ride on Walking Toy Horse Unicorn. She is such a little day dreamer and this unicorn just screams ride me into the clouds from sunrise to sunset!

I’d love to say the recliner chairs but unfortunately “laid back” is NOT my daughters style at all! :)
So I would have to say the activity tables, this suits her style because she is constantly on the go and active – how great to have everything in one place (At least I’d know where she was – for a while at least!!)
Blue stackable toy box twin set. With a new baby on the way hiding as many big boy toys in my almost 3 year old sons room is imperative!!
I would love a Ride on Toy Animal for our son. We live in the country and as he’s too small to ride on an animal outside, riding on one of these gorgeous toys inside would be perfect!

Very hard decision as hip kids have so much cool stuff. It wukd be a fight between their cool cubbies my son son would love the fire station one and I am sure he could share with his baby sister. Cubby equals ours of play and peace for mummy. Or the awesome activity table for Lego to get it off the floor and so we stop standing on it (ouch).

I adore the red Kids Hudson Sofa. Ever since my son was born I have been looking for a little red sofa for the corner of his room. He loves books and I want to create for him his own special space to sit and enjoy his books. The red perfectly matches his funky little red and navy themed room and the fact that it is a toy box as well is just fantastic. What I love aside from the storage capabilities is that it is small enough to have in a child’s room but it is still a lovely, modern piece of furniture and it is not ”toy like’ in it’s design.

The Pink Retro Kitchen Set would definitely suit my 20 month old Hip Kids personality. She loves ‘helping’ me in the kitchen and playing pretend.
OMG their furniture is gorgeous! I scanned through for a while then came across their kids recliners. I love HipKids! The mini mustang sofa is super cool, but my favourite thing is the ride on horse! It is on my christmas list for sure, my kids will LOVE it and we can take it for a ride to the park!
While the recliner chairs are some of the cutest pieces of kids furniture I have seen, I can’t go past the Craft tables. My eldest daughter is prolific in her drawing and craft production and to have a specific table where everything can be organised and kept would be fantastic – much better than the little ole’ Ikea table we currently have.
My daughter would adore the play kitchen and especially the fridge. Pulling everything out of our freezer and the bottom shelves and door of our fridge is one of her favourite things to do. Clearly mum and daugther need their own kitchen each!! Thanks
The Store and Play Toy Box definitely suits Thomas, my two year old. He is a very clever little boy and does amazing drawings for his age (yes I’m most likely bias!). It would be perfect to store all his paper and pencils and other craft things in, and he can use the top as his little desk. He’d love it!
Pink Princess Ride On Steel Vintage Pedal Car is right down my little girl’s alley! She’s a car emthusiast, and wants to be a mechanic when she grows up. her favourite toys are cars, and pink ones of course. Why should boys have all the fun with cars?!!!

Clem would definitely appreciate the art and craft table and so would I as we currently convert her toddler ‘eating’ table to the craft table and back again several times a day – when paint and chalk and play-dough are involved it gets messy!

I have been wanting to purchase the Chocolate Modern Kids Recliner Chair for months. It would totally suit my daughters style and in hindsight I wish I’d bought one before my now 2 week old was born as my obsessed 3 year old sits on the arm of my feeding chair during feed times which makes for a cramped breastfeed to say the least. If she had her own recliner next to me I think we would all be happy.
Hopefully these sofas can take Daddy’s weight, as our current ones have been well and truly squashed!

The red Hip Kids activity arts and crafts table looks ideal for our little one- he can use it right now for his trains and blocks, and it will convert into an art centre when he is ready. Plus it is just right for sharing the fun when his cousins visit.
The Ride on Wlking Toy Giraffe would be right at home in our house (which looks more like a zoo!). My kids are obsessed with animals, especially their spotty pals, the giraffe, and with this toy, they could mingle with their long necked favourite animal, chewing on leaves together!
Grandpop owns a farm in the country, and my son idolises him – he loves tractor rides and sitting inside Grandpop’s wheelbarrow whilst he picks yummy strawberries! I often see my son pretend play that he owns a farm in our backyard, so the Yellow Childrens Steel Wheelbarrow would help him plough the fields in our tiny city backyard *smiles*!
The stackable toy boxes could be just what I’ve been looking for as a storage solution for my baby’s rather small nursery! I like how as he/she gets bigger they can be removed to play with the toys inside and then re-stacked against a wall. These are a great alternative to the cube shelving I was considering!

My boys would love the Activity Arts and Craftes Play Table in red. My 4 yr old loves painting, coloring and practicing the Alphabet at the moment. I love how it has the storage draw so everything is packed up easily and stored away neatly.
My 4 year old son is a chip off the old block and a stickler for cleanliness ( a mothers dream chid in that aspect!) he hates things on shelves looking messy and toys/things out of place. My daughter babbles “opem fidge peez” (open fridge please) constanly, all day, and when I do, she just wants to stand there, mesmerised by it’s colourful contents, and wants to open and close all the drawers over and OVER again! The Activity Arts and Craft Play Table in Red would be great for my little girl to use for playtime fun…and with a place for everything it will make my job of cleaning up after her that much easier!
The closest we’ll ever get to taking a joyride with a roaring feline is the “Ride On Walking Toy Tiger – Large” My son is crazy for this wildcat, thankfully this toy is super soft and cuddly, and whilst it may look like the real thing, it won’t behave like it!
DS1 already has a hipkids steel balance bike, which he loves, but a classic kids recliner would also make a great addition for my little bookworm.

I really love the little Hudson lounge featured but after lookingthrough all of the Hip Kids range I think the Ride On Unicorn in either large or small would be a big hit with my daughter Addison as well since her bedroom is themed ‘ponies and horses’. She is only 7 months old so not ready to ride just yet on her own… pity her Mummy can’t have a go :)

I love the white piano. But I am leaving that at granny’s house so they can endure the noise all day long. At least they can return the kid to us and it’s peaceful once again!
The pink classic recliner chair is what we need for my girls to come home to just chillax in front of the tv or for that quiet time reading! To top it all off this will make them to remain in their toy room longer and stay away from the adult lounge room for our peace and quiet !

What a great site! The Hip Kids Balloon Bean Bag would be perfect for my nearly two year old daughter. I often find her kicking back in her little bean bag, reading a book…a couple of times I’ve even found her asleep in it! Unfortunately she’s getting too big for her current one.

My daughter Chelsea and I are in love with the ‘Alice’ Tudor Style Cubby House. Having moved house with the army 8 times in the last 4 years, it would be great for her (and her brother when he is born) to have a little house all of her own that never changes – and it is so easy to put up it would make moving a breeze! The activity craft table is so sleek, stylish and practical – it would be perfect for my sons room as it would really add some elegance yet be perfect for him to sit and play at and use as a desk too with some toys. What’s best is when it’s not in use it just looks like a gorgeous accessory to dress up the room!

There was a minor house fire in our street last week and the fantastic firemen let the kids play in the fire trucks once the danger was passed. The “Jack’s wooden cubby house” with the fire station design would really suit our children’s style. They can get their hands dirty whilst painting it, then have an absolute ball being the firemen. We might even buy them a pedal car fire truck as well.

What an awesome site! It has been bookmarked for Christmas shopping now. I really couldn’t decide between a number if things on there, but the Green Kids Steel Wheelbarrow would suit my boy down to the ‘earth’! Dad spends much of his time in the yard with the wheelbarrow creating landscaped areas out of our pockets of clay, and little man trots along behind, but often tries to move our big heavy wheelbarrow himself. How cute would it be to see him follow behind with his own!
And I just re-read to see that it’s meant to be a furniture item! So the stackable boxes in blue and white would provide much needed book and toy storage for his room!

Little J would love the ride on toy giraffe, as his nursery already has a plethora of stuffed giraffes which friends have bought and he adores. When he’s a bit older, the toy piano would be great, as he loves listening to mummy play the keyboard (albiet badly), and he could learn alongside me.
Any of the toy boxes would be nice as we’re teaching our little one to pack up and store all his toys before going to bed each night.

Storage is a massive problem in our house. My two girls love drawing! At the moment all there books and pencils and crafts are in ugly bulky tubs in the lounge room. The modern activity arts and craft table would be a perfect solution for them!

Twin boys = twice the toys! I can see my little angels cuddling up to watch In the Night Garden on the Kids Hudson sofa, with all their playthings stashed neatly away, while Mummy breathes in the quiet and admires the sofa’s elegant coordination with her retro metro house style!
Our boy Esben loves reading books and that sofa looks like an excellent spot for that activity! Also, the red retro kitchen at HipKids seems like a load of fun for a two year old.
I love the Activity Arts and Craft Play Table, it would suit my kids playroom to a tee right now as i’ve just strated to get them interested in the arts and crafts, they will actually sit still long enough now to do some creative work.

omg these things are amazing we love the chocolate table with Amy chairs! we are forever asking my Son to sit down while eating he forever wants to sit at the dining table ( which is an adult version of this set ive just mentioned) which is great but its just not the right size so he is often wriggling n squirming in his chair which often results in food getting spilt evetywhere. This would save us alot of hassle n fuss during dinner time n make our dinners a beautiful sharing moment like they shood be! Yessss Pleaaase!
Hello we just received our great kids recliners from hip kids. They look great and kids love them but they are emitting a really strong chemical smell that is giving everyone a head ache. Does this go away and what is it?????
