For many of us, cutesy simply won’t cut the mustard when it comes to children’s furniture. So we’re lucky interior designer Jennifer DeLonge turned her hand to family-focussed furniture design (she has two children of her own with Blink 182 rocker Tom DeLonge). Beautifully tailored lounges and chairs with a wide choice of fabrics, including some by Marrimekko, as well as unique and stylish storage options, characterise the range.
The lounges and chairs are scaled down versions of elegant, mod-inspired adult furniture, which will co-ordinate beautifully with your existing pieces. For adult and child furniture to coexist in harmony is a beautiful thing!

My absolute favourite is the wing-backed Parker Child Chair, a slightly more ornate design to add visual interest to a plainer room. There’s also the Ava chairs in two sizes – toddler and child – and a co-ordinating sofa.
Storage options include the ingenious Book Bound bookshelves which enable you to display all those beautiful picture books to their full advantage. The cylindrical Charles unit borrows beautifully from the plastic Anna Castelli units so popular in the 60s; it features a blackboard underside so it doubles as a child’s play station.
Check out the fabulous Style Guide to see the furniture in action and ideas for the upcoming holidays. Check individual items for pricing – chairs start at US$299, plus shipping.

It kills me that by the time we’ll have space for these, my kids would have outgrown small furniture :(. LOVE LOVE these!
Can you please tell me how to contact you in regard to ordering some childrens furniture?
Wanting to know prices and postage costs.
Many thanks.
Hi Sue, you may want to contact the customer service department at Jennifer DeLonge: customerservice@jenniferdelonge.com
They will be most happy to help you out with your enquiry :)
Hi guys,
I have tried twice to obtain a reply from Jennifer Delonge’s customer service department via email however having no luck thus far. Do you know if they definately deal with Australian clients at all? Great furniture – and would love to order some pieces if you have any other tips on how to get in touch or contacts at all?
Many thanks
The website states “At this time, we only ship to addresses within the US. We currently do not ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories.” You will need a re-shipper or friend for this one. The furniture looks well worth the hassle though, it’s stunning.
