Well I’m pretty much in love with a whale.

The superb Whale Bookshelf by designer Justin Southey could be the first (and only) whale you’ll want in the nursery. He’s big, but on the plus side, he’s on castors so that you can swim him around the room.

The Whale immediately reminded me of another favourite bookshelf animal that I came across a year ago – remember the polar bears? There’s opportunity for a menagerie in the library!
