Curl up with a book, shut off from the rest of the world…
Is this womb-shaped chair, designed by Freyja Sewell, the most inviting small, private space you’ve seen?
Named HUSH, the chair is made from wool felt and offers a space for personal retreat in our busy world. HUSH can also be configured as a more traditional seat.
I once had grand dreams for my own library. These dreams were then scaled back to ‘book nook’. And scaled back again to wishing for just a comfy chair, in a quiet corner where I can read, uninterrupted. The reality of four kids tearing around the house means that ‘a quiet corner’ will likely remain a dream – perhaps I need my own little HUSH escape cave?!

I am afraid that I would never be able to hide away inside as the kids would want to join in on the cave action hahaha!
There is nowhere to hide. They are like bloodhounds, they know when I am trying to hide out and find me the minute I start to hide.
I emailed the designer. It appears HUSH isn’t in production yet, sigh. If only! :(
Is this for sale? If so for how much. It is very cool.
