Too busy to cook? Order family meals with Gourmet Dinner Service

We all know the constant juggle of the kids, work, the house and everything else that is unexpectedly thrown our way each day. Well, I am the first to admit that sometimes a home cooked meal is  the final piece of the puzzle I cannot manage each night. On these occasions it’s terrific to have some frozen meals cooked with care at Gourmet Dinner Service.

The meals from Gourmet Dinner Service are both healthy and child-friendly. For the kids, there are options like ‘chook on wiggle worms’ and  ‘beef monster with potato head’.  The family meals include everything from lasagne to chicken curry and Guinness beef pies. These home-made meals seem like a much better option than last minute barbecued chicken or Thai takeaway. They also cater for special dietary requirements with gluten free, vegetarian, low carb  and low fat menu options.

The meal options, such as Guinness beef pie and sweet potato mash, are nutritious yet quick to prepare for the family. I have never attempted to make a pie from scratch and imagine it’s a lot of work, so I am very happy for someone else to do this for me so that all I have to do is heat it up and make a salad!

Gourmet Dinner Service delivers in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra as well as the coastal cities of New South Wales and Queensland.

Gourmet Dinner Service also offers gift vouchers which make for a terrific gift for friends who have just moved house, had a new baby or need some support. A great alternative to flowers or – my personal favourite though far less healthy – a box of cupcakes!

It’s great to have another guilt-free option to feed a hungry family and give them something healthy and delicious for those days that just do not come together.
