So much stuff seems to come along with each new stage of your baby’s life and introducing solids is no exception. To try and avoid all those mountains of things, I tend to go for products that cover more than one base and that’s why these little bowls caught my eye.

The range of AdoraBOWLS can be used in every stage of your baby’s food preparation. They are made from a high quality silicone that is oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher safe. You can put pumpkin in one then cook, mash, freeze and re-heat it before using it as your baby’s bowl. Oh, and did I mention that it comes with a lid?

The bowls are ergonomically designed so they are easy to hold and the silicone is soft, slip free and bacteria resistant. Unlike a lot of other early feeding accessories, they are quite big (250ml) so can be used well past the baby phase, which is handy as they are designed to last for quite a while and won’t scratch or scuff.

You can grab them online at Wean Meister. A six pack of mixed colour bowls costs $49.95 and shipping in Australia is a flat rate of $9.

  2. Are these free of pthalates and BPA? I believe silicone tend to retain odours.

  3. These bowls are ace! My girls use them everyday for their microwave porridge. They are perfect as they don’t overflow like normal bowls do and you can grab them right out without burning your hand. We use them for other things too but this is something that you probably wouldn’t expect initially.

  4. Keeping the baby’s food safe and germ-free is extremely important. It’s important to pay special attention when cleaning the baby bottle, utensils and the oven. Never use toxic detergents or they may leave a residue which could be poisonous for your child!
By the way, the Adora bowls are really amazing, I bought two for my children and I’m very content with them.
