Bake a cake with Muji magic

It’s with mixed feeling that I write about Muji. On one hand, Muji designs are just too good not to share. On the other hand, I despair every time I check the list of countries Muji will ship to… and Australia is not on it. Yet.

Last year we showed you Muji’s range of clever silicone ice trays (I’m still wishing for one of those ice ball moulds). Expanding their silicone range, Muji have introduced baking moulds that are too sweet to resist.

The Muji molds include cute cats and dogs, tiny gugelhumpfs for one (although I have always referred to this shape as a ‘kugelhopf’) and a ‘sweets’ tray which will produce bite-sized cakes in pretty shapes. My favourite though, is the Candy House Mould – I quite fancy eating a brownie house!

The moulds are £9.95 each however you will have to call on your British friends to send them your way.
