So often, I spot baby gear that makes me think “I would have used that all the time had it been around when mine were babies.” Such was the case when I saw Jujo Baby’s gorgeous Shwraps.
The Shwrap is the result of clever thinking by Julia Stafford, the knitwear designer behind Jujo Baby. Stafford’s first baby (now four years old) didn’t like being swaddled with her arms inside the blanket (we’ve all had a little Houdini at some stage!). So she came up with the Shwrap – a ‘knitted blanket’ that leaves baby’s arms free and enough blanket that can be securely swaddled around their legs.
The Fairisle design, available in blue or pink, is gorgeous and the cotton knit is luxuriously soft.
While you’re admiring the Shwraps at Jujo Baby, take a peek at Stafford’s other knitwear – sweet cable knit cardigans, oh-so-cute cable knit onesies, cosy knit pants and more. The current collections are sized up to two years however Stafford will be expanding the range soon.
