If geekery is in the genes, then why not embrace the inevitable destiny of your children? These nerdy onesies from Etsy shop
Mary Was a DJ are pure genius!
Baby can learn his or her radioisotopes with my favourite, the
periodic table onesie. If nothing else,
baby will become
familiar with its appearance in time for Kindergarten!
They’re also available in adult and toddler sizes.
Mathematicians are well catered for with the ‘algebra’ and
‘multiplication styles’ and other styles depict all kinds of
scientific knowledge such as electric circuits, radioactive atoms,
osmosis, electrostatic induction, neon light and the nitrogen cycle.
Images from the 1968 World book have been beautifully appropriated into
transfers to illustrate these processes. They remind me of those 50s
and
60s films we saw in mid-high school science that even in the late 80s,
seemed ancient!
We know a few geeks who like to be chic, so some of these great onesies and tees will be making their way to their kids from us
for birthdays and new arrivals. They’re only US$6 – $8 plus Etsy’s usual super-cheap post from
Mary Was a DJ . They’re practically giving
them away!
