During pregnancy I had the maternity wardrobe all worked out, but didn’t given a whole lot of thought to what I would wear after I had the baby. I naively assumed I would just keep wearing my maternity clothing until I was back into my skinny jeans… three to four weeks tops, right?

It turns out that the last thing I felt like wearing post-bub was any sort of stretch material that grabbed anywhere. It also turned out that it took just a little longer (snort) than a month to snap back into shape.

In those first few weeks, I would sometimes manage to squeeze into an outfit that made me feel more like facing the world, only to realise that it was basically impossible to feed in and I would be back to square one.
