My Name Is Earl star Jaime Pressly and partner Hamzi Hijazi have welcomed twins to the family – and their super-cute names are sure to inspire a creative, alliterative baby-naming trend!

And babies make three

Jaime was already mum to 10-year-old Dezi with former boyfriend Eric Calvo, and this pregnancy efficiently transformed her to a mum-of-three overnight! Nice work, Mom!

The twins – named Lenon and Leo – were born 10 days ago, and a shot Jaime posted to Instagram confirms they are adorable and bright-eyed. Hamzi and Jaime have been together since 2011, and this pair of tiny people has connected them in a whole new brilliant way.

“They’re here! Introducing our new additions, Leo and Lenon, born October 16th. #DoubleTrouble,” Jaime posted, pre-empting the oft-used cliche admirers spout when they clap eyes on matching babies.

Activate baby bubble

The actor-mum had recently shared a photo of the babies’ snazzy nursery, furnished by the ever-popular Pottery Barn Kids, confirming the nesting phase was as fully-activated as her bump was big!

Back in August, Jaime revealed that Dezi had been super keen on having a baby sister, but the family have obviously quickly adjusted to the news of two (beautiful!) baby boys.

“He really wanted to have a sister, so we all kind of wanted a girl and a boy when we found out it was twins, but then we found out it was two boys,” the actress told ET.

“I’m a better parent when I work”

Jaime’s currently starring in the series Mom and says she’ll spend a little bit of time settling into the mum-of-three caper, before she heads straight back to work early next year.

“I’ll go right back in January when everybody else does after the holiday break, and finish up the season, and hopefully we’ll have another season to come back to,” Jaime said. “But I don’t plan on slowing down.”

“I like to work, and I’m a better parent when I work, because I have a productive day and I do something for myself,” she explained.

“I believe in quality over quantity when it comes to parenting. I believe that when I spend time with my kids, that we make the most of it, and it’s important that we really have lots of one-on-one time and do fun things.”

Huge congrats to this gang on the birth of Leo and Lenon!
