Meet the team

Mandi Gunsberger

Founder & CEO

Mandi lives in Sydney, where she’s mum to three wonderful girls who adore cupcakes, fairy dresses and Harry Potter movies. Before children, she worked in marketing, public relations and event management both here in Australia and in the US. Having run Babyology for the last nine years, she can say the industry just gets more and more exciting.

Ella Walsh Managing Editor Babyology

Ella Walsh

Managing Editor

Ella Walsh is a Sydney-based editor, and mother to three teenagers with way too much in their schedules. She aspires daily to keep both roles in perfect balance and harmony – it goes without saying that it rarely ever happens.

Katie Carlin Editor Babyology

Katie Carlin

Editor

Katie is the proud mother of four green babies (that she has managed to keep alive since December 2016). Loves words, paint and food - especially brunch. Does not love running off the aforementioned food. But does it anyway.

Leah Fitzhardinge Sub-Editor Babyology

Leah Fitzhardinge

Sub-editor

Leah is a writer, editor and mother-of-three with more than a decade’s experience chatting about what parenting is really like. She is particularly talented at feigning interest in Pokemon characters, surreptitiously disposing of precious arts and crafts, and negotiating the sharing of one iPad between three children. She lives in Wollongong with her husband, three children and a collection of Beanie Boos that really deserves its own bedroom.

Lexi Klaebe Writer Babyology

Lexi Klaebe

Writer

Mum-of-three Lexi lives in a sleepy South Australian town, hours away from the hubbub of the city enduring 45 degree summers and icy cold winters. A penchant for all things beautiful and clever, when not writing you'll find Lexi behind her sewing machine or lurking on Instagram, where she (tragically) displays an equal love for both hashtags and food.

Pip Lincolne

Pip Lincolne

Writer

Pip is a mum, writer and maker of cute things. She's written five books about craft and leading a nice times-filled life. Pip is obsessed with jaffles and watching too much TV.

Cierwen Newell Video Producer Babyology

Cierwen Newell

Content producer

Cierwen loves all things film. When she is not behind the camera, she spends most of her time volunteering in community theatre designing all the techie stuff. She has three fur babies that keep her on her toes and is looking forward to flying her first drone!

Suze English Night Editor
